1. 3. The services provided electronically, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, include all activities carried out through the online platform of the Elizjum Domki Sarbinowo shop (www.elizjum-domki.pl), including, but not limited to: the purchase process of the reservation deposit, communication with the customer by electronic means, transmission of information concerning the confirmation of the reservation and all activities related to customer service in the context of making a reservation through the shop's web pages. In the absence of separate regulations for electronic services, the provisions contained in these regulations concerning the manner of providing online services and the rights and obligations of both the Customer and the online shop Elizjum Domki Sarbinowo during the use of these services are applicable.

Booking deposit

2.1.The deposit is a partial payment for the booking of a stay at Elizjum Domki Sarbinowo and serves as a guarantee for the proper implementation of the contract by both parties, including in particular to secure the reservation of a place within a specified period.

2.2 The amount of the deposit is determined individually for each booking and depends on the length of stay and the specified date; it comes in the amounts of PLN 400, 800 and 1,200 gross (including 23% VAT).

3.1. The process of paying the deposit for a reservation is carried out through the Elysium Domki Sarbinowo online shop, available at www.elizjum-domki.pl.

3.2 By making a deposit payment, the Client accepts the terms of the previously confirmed reservation by e-mail and commits to pay the specified amount.

4. 1. Payment for the booking deposit can be made using various payment methods available in the Elysium Domki Sarbinowo online shop:

  • Traditional transfer;
  • Electronic payment - Paynow;

4.2 After payment of the deposit, the customer receives confirmation of the booking and information on the further process.

Delivery methods

4.3 In the case of house rentals, the booking information can be confirmed by confirming the registration via the website and the confirmation sent by e-mail.

Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-performance of the contract by the customer, including cancellation of the booking. In the event that the Elizjum Domki Sarbinowo resort cancels the booking for reasons beyond its control, the deposit shall be refunded in double amount. The principles of settling the deposit are regulated by Article 394 of the Civil Code.
