  • To make a reservation for accommodation services;

  • Service provision, information and booking confirmation by e-mail or telephone;

  • Marketing, promotion, publicising the offer and building a positive image of 'Elysium Apartment Cottages';

  • Processing and publication of the image, including on social networks.

Personal data processed in connection with a booking includes:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Contact telephone;

  • Image data.

4 Data retention period

Personal data are kept only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing:

  • Duration of the contract or until the statute of limitations for contractual claims;

  • 3 years (businesses) or 10 years (individuals) + 1 year - for the establishment, investigation or defence of claims;

  • 5 years from the end of the fiscal year - to store tax data;

  • Until such time as consent is withdrawn or the purpose of the processing is achieved, not beyond the expiry of the statute of limitations;

  • Until such time as an objection is lodged or the purpose, not longer than 5 years - in the case of data processed on the basis of legitimate interest or marketing;

  • Until personal and image data become obsolete or no longer relevant.


5 Rights of data subjects

You are entitled to:

  • Right of access to data;

  • The right to delete them ("right to be forgotten");

  • The right to data portability to another controller;

  • Right to rectification of data;

  • Right to object to processing;

  • Right to restrict processing;

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the compatibility of prior processing;

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
